Does the percentage read the CV?

No. It scores what the person declares in the opening's questionnaire, using the weights you set. The CV is opened and read by someone at the venue: it is not summarised, not scored and not sent anywhere.

What do you ask candidates for?

Name and email, plus phone, a cover note and a CV if they want to add them, and your questionnaire. Never age, date of birth, a photo or nationality.

What happens when I close an opening?

It disappears from the portal and stops taking applications, but the ones already received stay in your inbox. The portal link is unchanged, so you can publish the opening again later.
