Open a copy of your venue with its real catalogue, team and tables, try anything on it, and see what changed before you close it. Nothing you do there touches the real venue, and nothing leaves: no emails, no card payments, no talking to your till.
Payroll
The month's pay per person from the hours you already have: base, overtime, the 13th-salary provision, distributed tips and the employee's social deductions, as a CSV for your fiduciary. If your team clocks in somewhere else, type the month's hours in and the rest still works.
Delivery, online store and hiring
A dispatch board with riders, vehicles and incidents, your own online store feeding it, and a public job board where candidates apply with their own account.
The money that goes out
Company expenses with an approval trail, cash movements that stop a withdrawal from looking like a card sale, and the accounting journal in the Swiss SME chart of accounts, as a CSV for your fiduciary.
Automations, checklists and budget
Rules that act on their own instead of asking you to watch seven screens, opening and closing checklists signed off with the time, and a monthly target so a figure means something next to it.
Terminal
A till of your own: tables and courses, card and TWINT through your own Stripe account, split VAT between eat-in and takeaway, and the day's close rewritten with every payment taken.

New Performance section in Analytics: your P&L (sales − cost − labor with food cost % and labor %), consumption and waste by product, and a deterministic demand forecast to order and plan.
Reservations and public menu
Take bookings from a public link with party-size limits, and publish your menu with allergens, both run from the same back office.
Shifts and tips
A shift planner with coverage, breaks and real hours versus target, plus tip-pool splitting by the hours each person worked.
