Service

The Octane provides beverage inventory, staff shift scheduling and tip management for restaurants and bars. The service is provided as-is during the Beta period at no charge.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You may not share your account or use The Octane to store data you are not authorized to process.

Acceptable use

Do not use The Octane to store sensitive personal data beyond what is needed to manage your inventory, staff shifts and tips.

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service without prior written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Octane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero during Beta).

Governing law

Swiss law. Jurisdiction at the seat of The Octane (to be determined before launch).
